THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5461 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 08.8.2012 in I.A. No.78 of 2011 in I.A. No.152 of 2009 in O.S. No.366 of 2002 on the file of the Court of IX Additional chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material available on record.

In view of the orders of the Division Bench of this Court dated 12.7.2011 in CCCAMP No.264 of 2011 in CCCAMP No.211 of 2011 in CCCA No.17 of 2009, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is entitled to withdraw deposited rents in terms of the orders of the Division Bench.

With the above observation, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
