HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.16461 of 2004
ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue a writ, or order or direction more particularly one in nature of writ of Mandamus directing the impugned action of the respondents in contemplating to terminate the service of the petitioners by issuing impugned notice dt. 20.08.2004 in the guise of implementing G.O.Ms.No.94, dt. 28.2.2004 though the said G.O.Ms.No.94 has not application to the society as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the provisions of APCS Act and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice."
This Court on 15.09.2004 in WPMP No.21454 of 2004 granted interim suspension of the impugned order. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of the said interim order, the petitioners are continuing in service and hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank does not dispute the same.
If the petitioners are continuing in service pursuant to the said interim order, their services shall not be disturbed. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
