Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the second respondentMunicipal Corporation. The present Writ Petition is filed for enforcement of civil rights in the agricultural lands. In the considered opinion of this Court such relief, in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot be granted. In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner to avail the remedies under common law, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
