This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.61 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nampally CCS Police Station, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed Crl.P.No.6215 of 2017 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. He further submitted that the parties are intending to settle the matter by way of compromise. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner, no orders need be passed in this petition.
