Dodla Indiramma v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.26476 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 4and 5 in threatening the petitioners to withdraw Cr.No.106 of 2018, dated 21-06-2018 registered against respondents 6 to 9.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint lodged by respondents 6 to 9, a case in Cr.No.106 of 2018 was registered on 21-06-2018 and after completion of investigation, charge-sheet was filed on 24-07-2018 against respondents 6 to 9 before the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Nellore. It is stated that respondents never threatened and pressurized the petitioners to withdraw Cr.No.106 of 2018.
It is to be seen that when charge sheet is already filed by the respondent-police, the question of pressurizing the petitioners to withdraw Cr.No.106 of 2018 does not arise. In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 16-08-2018 Nvl
