HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14281 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner including the representation dated 10.05.2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court on 17.05.2012, the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and issued proceedings dated 23.06.2012.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
