THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.14 of 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw A.S. No.264 of 2012 from the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the Hon'ble High Court for disposal along with A.S. No.644 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of the of fresh petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
