CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.24442 of 2017 Dated:18.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders passed in OA.No. 8984 of 2013 dated 11-3-2016 on the file of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to implement the said order."
Today, by a separate order passed by us in Writ Petition No.27565 of 2017 filed by the respondents, we have granted one month's time to them to implement the order, dated 11.3.2016, in O.A.No.8984 of 2013 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.
In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
