Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for R.1, Sri D.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for APCRDA-respondent No.2 and Sri D.Yathindra Dev, learned Counsel for respondents No.3 and 4.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for R.2 that on the representation made by the petitioners herein, the APCRDA issued a notice under Section 115(1) of the APCRDA Act on 27.07.2018 to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and on 31.05.2018, the Gram Panchayat also issued a notice and further action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

The said submission is recorded. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent herein to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notices to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
