Heard Sri L.J. Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

The principal challenge of the petitioners is against the implementation of the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.52, dated 18.12.2008, G.O.Ms.No.39 dated 22.9.2012 and G.O.Ms.No.10 dated 28.5.2014.

At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have completed the process of selection and appointed Fair Price Shop dealers on 19.2.2015 to the shops in question. Having regard to the subsequent development, learned counsel for the petitioners requests the Court to give liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy of appeal.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy of appeal, if they are so advised, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order against the order dated 19.2.2015, whereunder Fair Price Shop

dealers were appointed by the respondents. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
