It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.27820 of 2017 vide order, dated 22.08.2017. The same is not disputed by Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy and Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 4 respectively.

In that view of the matter, following the aforesaid order of this Court, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
