Heard Gaddam Srinivas for petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Sekhar for respondents 5 and 6.

The parties admittedly are agitating their rights before 2nd respondent in appeal No.B/ 1271/ 2010 filed under Section 5(5) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. The counsel appearing for petitioners and respondents 5 and 6 state that the appeal is posted for hearing and hence while continuing to maintain the interim order requests the Court to direct the 2nd respondent to hear and dispose of appeal on merits within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is ordered as follows:

i) The interim order granted on 08.05.2013 is directed to be continued till the disposal of the appeal;

ii) The appeal is directed to be disposed of within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order;

iii) The parties are given liberty to place the instant order copy before 2nd respondent by filing a memo and seek a date for early disposal.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
