THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.12396 of 2025 ORAL ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court by petitioner/un-numbered accused for grant of pre arrest bail in unnumbered crime on the file of Prohibition and Excise Station, Nacharam, Secunderabad.

Heard Smt S.Vijayamary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that though petitioner is not implicated in crime and is not arrayed as accused, as cases are registered in Andhra Pradesh High Court involving similar allegations, the petitioner is apprehending arrest.

Therefore, prayed this Court to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no Prohibition and Excise Station, in Nacharam, Secunderabad, and no crime is registered against the petitioner.

Having regard to rival submissions, keeping in mind the fact that no crime is registered against the petitioner, this Criminal petition is disposed of, granting liberty to approach this Court if crime is registered against him, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
