THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CC.No.443 of 2001 ORDER :

This Contempt Case has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 13.11.2000 in W.P.No.14430 of 1994.

2. None appears for petitioner. 3.

The said order passed by the learned single Judge appears to have been challenged by respondent in W.A.No.986 of 2001.

4. It was brought to the notice of the Bench that the direction of the learned single Judge to consider the representation of petitioner to refund the amount of Rs.65,519/- was rejected by respondent on 31.01.2001.

5. This fact is recorded in the order dt.24.09.2008 in W.A.No.986 of 2001, dismissing the appeal filed by respondent.

6. Since the order dt.13.11.2000 in W.P.No.14430 of 1994 had already been implemented by respondent on 31.01.2001 itself, it cannot be said that the respondent in the Contempt Case has committed Contempt of Court. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
