THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.24680 of 2016 ORDER :

The grievance of petitioner is that 3rd respondent is not receiving the application from petitioner for issuing the local area certificate in her favour which she requires for securing employment as a Teacher in the 1st respondent - Department.

The learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for 3rd respondent, states that the 3rd respondent will receive the application, if any, submitted by petitioner for issuance of the local area certificate to her, process the same and dispose of the said application within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of its receipt.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
