While admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim stay on 5.6.2015 in W.P.M.P.No.20375 of 2015. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 5.6.2015, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
