HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.306 of 2003 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders in W.P.M.P.No.14674 of 2002 in W.P.No.11886 of 2002, dated 11-092002. It is stated that on 03-03-2010, the main writ petition itself was dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case, shall stand closed.
