Heard Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
2. This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not appointing the petitioner for the post of Anganwadi Helper (General) in Yalamanchilipadu Anganwadi Centre after the interview conducted on 13-82015, pursuant to the Notification dated 27-7-2015 of the 5th respondent, and subsequently issuing fresh notification dated 09-9-2015 to fill up the same post as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also G.O.Ms.No.295 dated 23-9-2014 of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Helper (General) in Yalamanchilipadu Anganwadi Centre after making it clear the Notification dated 09-9-2015 is not valid.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner submitted an application to the post of Anganwadi Helper in response to the earlier notification by which time she was well within the prescribed
age limit.
Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner along with the other candidates in the interviews which are going to be conducted pursuant to the Notification dated 09-9-2015. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
