This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.575 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of II Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to try along with O.S.No.1466 of 2017.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to file a similar type of petition before the appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
