ORDER:
By the order under revision in I.A.No.443 of 2015 in FCOP No.786 of 2013 dated 19.03.2015, the Court below granted monthly maintenance of Rs.6,000/- to the first respondent and Rs.4,000/- p.m. to the second respondent herein. The second respondent is, admittedly, a major. This fact is not disputed by Sri M.Sree Rama Rao, Learned Counsel for the respondents. It is evident, therefore, that the Court below has erred in directing payment of monthly maintenance to the second respondent. The order of the Court below granting monthly maintenance of Rs.6,000/- to the 1st respondent is confirmed and, to the limited extent that monthly maintenance of Rs.4,000/- was granted to the second respondent-major son, is set aside.
The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of. No costs. ______________________________ (RAMESH RANGANATHAN, J) Date:14.08.2015.
