This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 07.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.1380 of 2001 in O.S.No.1415 of 1988 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh petition. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
