SKK,J Crl.P_15120_2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to the petitioner-A1 in connection with Crime No.14 of 2012 of Godavarikhani I Town Police Station, Karimnagar District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 IPC.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that trial has already been completed and the case is posted today for arguments before the trial Court.

Since the case is at the advanced stage of trial and keeping in view serious allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner-A1 on bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
