The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted application dated 23.02.2017 to the 2nd respondent to conduct survey for demarcation of the boundaries of the Survey Nos.161 & 162 of Mailardevpally Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is also stated that earlier, the 2nd respondent basing on the letter addressed by the respondent No.3, issued notices to the interested persons for conducting survey of the aforesaid survey numbers by fixing a date, but did not conduct any survey. As no action is being taken on the application of the petitioners, present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that due to law and order problem, the survey could not be conducted.

In similar circumstances, this Court has already disposed of WP.No.4811/2011 and batch. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to take action in terms of the order dated 28.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811/2011 and batch.
