HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P. No. 4784 of 2016 O R D E R:- On 22.11.2016, this Civil Revision Petition was listed for the first time, and thereafter, on five consecutive days, the matter underwent adjournments at request made by the learned counsel.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, nobody has appeared nor has any representation been made on behalf the petitioner. It seems, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
