HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No. 5074 of 2003 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not paying the salaries to the staff members for the months of November and December, 2002 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. This Court while admitting the writ petition on 01.04.2003 granted interim order in W.P.M.P.No.6688 of 2003 directing the respondents to release the salary for the staff of 3rd respondent institution whose appointments were approved by the competent authority against the aided vacancies and continuing in service, pending further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the interim orders passed by this Court on 01.04.2003 have been complied with and that no cause survives for consideration in this writ petition. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders dated 01.04.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.6688 of 2003 in the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
