HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.7164 of 2016 Date:04.3.2016 Between:

Katuri Ram Babu, S/o K.Mohan Rao ....Petitioner And:

The State of A.P., reptd by its Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Hyderabad and five others.

.....Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Mr. D.Linga Rao Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 & 4: GP for Services (AP) The Court made the following:

ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Not being satisfied with the order of status quo granted as far back as 01.5.2015, in Original Application No.2469 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), the applicant therein filed the present Writ Petition.

Mr. D.Linga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, pleaded that this is a case where purporting to implement the order, dated 03.11.2009, of the Tribunal in O.A.No.9147 of 2009, the services of the petitioner were

terminated about six years after his appointment as Physical Education Teacher in Zilla Parishad High School, Gogulapadu Village, Rompicherla Mandal, Guntur District. Considering the fact that the petitioner is out of employment for nearly one year, we are not inclined to grant any relief at this stage to him. However, having regard to the facts of the case, early disposal of the said O.A. by the Tribunal will be very much appreciated. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file an application before the Tribunal for early date of hearing of the said O.A. and if such application is filed, we have no doubt that the Tribunal will consider it favourably and dispose of the above-mentioned O.A at least within three months from the date of filing of such application. Subject to the above observation and liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.9145 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
