This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 09.07.2012 in I.A.No.109 of 2012 in O.S.No.01 of 2002 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Special Sessions Judge for SC and ST Cases-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.
