ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not considering the application of the petitioners dated 16.2.2006 for issuance of Essentiality Certificate for setting up a Medical College at Chitkkul Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District.

This writ petition was dismissed as infructuous at one point of time by an order dated 23.03.2011 and on filing a petition to recall the said order, the writ petition was restored to its file.

This Court passed an order on 24.10.2011 directing the respondents to consider for conducting inspection of petitioners' institution for deciding the application for grant of Essentiality Certificate, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from that date. No counter-affidavit is filed till date by any one of the respondents.

In view of the interim order granted on 24.10.2011, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order granted on 24.10.2011. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
