Petition under Article 226 ol lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of I Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents No. 4 in seizing the vehicles Lorry bearing No. GJ 32 V 9925 and GJ 03 BY 9407 of the petitioners under the cover of seizure of panchanama dated 15-04-2023 by kept the vehicle in the custody of the 4th respondent police station in connection with Crime No. 26812023 dated 15-04-2023 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles t S (t ) (g) of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to release the seized vehicle of the petitioner vehicles lorry bearing number GJ 32 V 9925 and GJ 03 BY 9407 to the petitioners

Learned counsel lor the petitioners submitted that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 03.11.2023, the respondents have released the vehicles Lorry bearing Nos.GJ-32-V-9925 and GJ-03-BY-94O7' In view of [he same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter, thereby the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforementioned submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous There shall be no order as to costs.
