HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C.No.1974 of 2018 ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.19418 of 2018, dated 11-072018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Law filed counter on behalf of respondent No.1, wherein in para No.6 to 9 it is stated as under:
"6. It is humbly submitted that on 21.07.2018 at 1300 hours received a phone call from Hero Venkatesh's house stating that some blasting took place in the land Sy.No.104/P, Dollar Hills, Puppalaguda village adjacent site of Venkatesh's house. Immediately, on receipt of the above information, this respondent deputed to Sri K.Deva Raju, Sub Inspector of Police and Patrol-II Staff rushed to spot, conducted thorough search in the entire site in the presence of mediators and could not found any blasting incriminates in the site. Accordingly, this respondent police Informed the said fact to the complainant and to that effect an entry was made into the Station General Diary.

It is further respectfully submitted that again on 24.07.2018 at 1100 hours, this respondent police of Narsigi received a phone call from Hero Venkatesh's house stating that some blasting took place in the above site. Immediately, on receipt of the above information, the respondent deputed SI K Deva Raju, Sub Inspector of Police and Patrol-II Mobile staff of Narsingi Police Station and utilized the services Bomb disposal team experts i.e. HC 3279, PC 6474, 8673 and dog Handler HC 3419 and conducted thorough
search in the entire site in the presence of mediators and could not found any blasting incriminates in site. Accordingly, the said fact was also Informed to the complainant. To that effect, an entry was made into the Station General diary.

It is humbly submitted that while the matters stood thus, pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Hon'ble Court on 18.07.2018 again the petitioner M/s Suresh Productions represented by its Manager Krishna lodged a complainant alleging that even inspite of Hon'ble High Court orders the blasting activity carrying out in the said place. In this regard, it is humbly submitted that whenever this respondent police received information regarding blasting activities, this respondent police responded immediately and rushed to spot and inspected the place.
9. It is important to submit that after registering the above explosive Act case on 11/11/2017, I have instructed the sector SI, Petrol Mobile and Blue Colts of the area to check the above site periodically and concerned are checking site. Part of the inspection only we have registered another suo-motto case on 02.04.2018 vide Cr.No.269/2018. If any violation against law comes to our notice we will act accordingly.
I humbly submit that I did not commit any willful or deliberate contempt as alleged. I humbly submit that I shall abide by the interim orders passed by this Hon'ble Court dt.11.7.2018 in W.P.No.19418 of 2018." (Reproduced verbatim) No reply affidavit is filed controverting the same. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.
