HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 27435 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner-Trust questioning the action of the respondents in issuing Notification dated 16.06.2005, proposing to acquire its land, admeasuring Ac.1.00 situated in Sy.No.48 of Tondapally village, Shamshabad mandal, Ranga Reddy district.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition filed written instructions of the 1st respondent stating that the Award was passed on 25.10.2007 with regard to the land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.0.11 cents in Sy.No.48 of Thondpally village, and compensation amount of Rs.2,17,466/ - has been paid to the Petitioner-Trust, and the petitioner also filed an application under Sec.18 of the Land Acquisition Act for enhancement of the compensation and the same has been referred to the District Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
