This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C challenging the order dated 13.10.2015 in M.C.No.13 of 2015 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Sabbavaram to appear A and B parties before him either in person or through pleader within seven days from the date of receipt of the notice and file written statement or adduce evidence, if any.

Accordingly, the petitioner allegedly appeared before the Executive Magistrate and filed written statement, but no order has been passed till date.

No revision is maintainable against the notice issued in compliance of Section 145(1) Cr.P.C. But according to the petitioner, he appeared before the Executive Magistrate and filed written statement and at the end he requested this Court to direct the Executive Magistrate to dispose of the case as early as possible, without touching any merits. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Executive Magistrate is directed to dispose of the case finally as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal revision case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
