THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.5198 OF 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "...............Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein in taking action against the 5th respondent herein pursuant to the complaint dated 08.02.2014, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein to act upon the complaint dated 08.02.2014 in accordance with law and to grant such other relief or reliefs."

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the compliant dt. 08.02.2014 submitted by the petitioner is acted upon and the Superintendent of Police, R.R.District-4th respondent issued a Charge Memo No.15/A3/MPR/RR/2014 dt.14.12.2014 to the 5th respondent regarding his high handed behaviour with the petitioner and the departmental enquiry is pending against the 5th respondent and he was transferred in the month of February, 2013 from Tandur Town PS to Mahabubnagar. Learned Government Pleader further stated that the above said information was reported to Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad, since the petitioner has lodged two complaints simultaneously before the respondents 2 to 4 and the Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad.

Taking the above said facts into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
