This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC by the complainant to quash the order dated 17.11.2014 passed in C.C. No.180 of 2014 on the file of the court of I Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
