Judgment:
This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 22-01-1996, in OS.No.224 of 1988, on the file of the Court of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Kakinada.
A Memo signed by the appellant as well as respondent No.1 has been filed by the learned Counsel for the appellant. In the said Memo, it is stated that with the intervention of the mediators,
the parties have arrived at a compromise and that therefore, the Appeal may be dismissed without costs.
At the hearing, Mr.VSR.Anjaneyulu, learned Counsel for the appellant, and Mr.EVVS.Ravi Kumar, learned Counsel representing Mr.VLNGK.Murthy, learned Counsel for respondent No.1, have confirmed the fact that the parties have compromised the matter. They have, therefore, requested for dismissal of the Appeal.
In view of the above, the Memo filed by the appellant is placed on record and this Appeal is dismissed as settled out of the Court.
