HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23554 of 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation.

In the instant case, the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in placing her at Sl.No.8 instead of Sl.No.4. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption " FOR DISMISSAL" , there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
