When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri P.Venugopal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 12.07.2017, to the respondents. A request is made by the learned Senior counsel that the respondents may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if the representation is still pending, the same will be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondents to consider the representation, dated 12.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
