When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the crime, which is sought to be quashed, was culminated into filing the charge-sheet, therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting the liberty to petitioners to avail such other remedy or remedies that are available to them as per law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.

The Registry is directed to return the original papers to the counsel for petitioners.
