THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP.No.4400 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner has filed this Revision contending that he had filed I.A.No.808 of 2016 in O.S.No.47 of 2016 on the file of Additional District Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 on 26.07.2016, but the said Court is not taking up the matter.

The petitioner has filed docket proceedings which show that the matter was posted on 18.08.2016, 31.08.2016 and 28.09.2016. 3.

The counsel for petitioner contends that in view of the delay in disposal of the said I.A., grave prejudice is being caused to petitioner since the respondents are trying to alienate the property, pending suit. 4.

In view of the said submissions, the IX Additional District Judge, Kovvuru, West Godavari District is directed to pass final orders in I.A.No.808 of 2016 in O.S.No.47 of 2016 on his file within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
