When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned I counsel for the respective parties submitted that the issues t raised in this writ petition are squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22378 of 2023, dated 15.10.2024 and therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.4 to conduct a detailed enquiry for executing the conveyance deed in favour ol' P.Madhav Yadav and take appropriate action after issuing notice to the petitioner and P. Madhav Yadav and after considering their objections pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
