Smt. S.Nanda, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and endorsed on the back of the writ petition to that effect.

Learned counsel for respondent, Sri.G.Ashok Kumar Reddy also submitted that in view of the fact that writ petitioner was reinstated into service by 1st respondent-Organisation, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

In the light of above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
