OFFICE NOTE 19.09.2025 BRMR, J I.A.No.1 of 2022 Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Medchal Maklkajgiri District at Malkajgiri has addressed a letter dated 15.11.2022 stating that there is a direction in C.R.P.No.55 of 2022 in O.S.No.750 of 2009 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Medchal Maklkajgiri District at Malkajgiri, to dispose of the aforesaid suit in O.S.No.750 of 2009 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order dated 01.07.2022, wherein it is stated that applications were filed in O.S.No.750 of 2009 to implead defendant Nos.60 to 78 in the said suit and they were allowed on 28.09.2022 and amendment is carried out.

Thereafter notices were issued to the added / impeladed parties.

It is further stated that as the process is not deposited for defendant Nos.37, 42, 45 to 53, 55 and 56 the suit in

O.S.No.750 of 2009 was dismissed for nonprosecution against them on 12.10.2022 and on the application filed by the plaintiff the same was restored on 14.10.2022.

Thereafter fresh notices were ordered to the aforesaid defendants and sought three

(3) months time for disposal of O.S.No.750 of 2009.

Since the letter is dated 15.11.2022 and time sought by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Medchal Maklkajgiri District at Malkajgiri, is already expired, nothing survives in this application.

Accordingly, this application is closed.
