There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, in spite of the matter listed under the caption "for dismissal." 2.

On perusal of the docket proceedings, it is evident that except on the date of hearing i.e, on 14.03.2014, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
