This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 4 and 5 in interfering and insisting the petitioners to settle the disputes with the 6th respondent in respect of house property bearing D.No.2-226, situated in Addateegala Village and Mandal, East Godavari District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the respondent-police neither interfering nor insisting the petitioners to settle the disputes with the 6th respondent, who is the brother of petitioner No.1. It is also stated that the respondent-police never called the petitioners to the police station and also not interfering in the civil dispute. In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with civil disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent in respect of above said property.
