ORDER

Challenging continuance of rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner in the year 2006, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that on the proposal made by the Inspector of Police, Bommuru Police Station, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, East zone, Rajamahendravaram Urban, has issued orders to close the rowdy sheet against the petitioner vide proceedings dated 31.12.2016 and accordingly, rowdy sheet was closed with effect from 31.12.2016.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
