OFFICE NOTE 05.06.2023 ML, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 The present application is filed to alter the following conditions imposed on the petitioner while granting bail vide order of this Court dated 22.02.2022, in Crl.P.No.1430 of 2022:

i). The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not leave the State without prior permission of the concerned Court.

ii). The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Armoor Police Station, on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m., and 1.00 p.m., till the trial is completed.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the resident of Panjab and on account of such conditions imposed while granting bail, he is not able to move his native place and it causing much inconvenience.

The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent stated that till date no charge sheet has been filed and investigation is in progress.

Protecting interest of both parties, conditions imposed on the petitioner is modified as follows:

(i). Condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 22.02.2022, in Crl.P.No.1430 of 2022 not to leave the State without prior permission of the concerned Court is dispensed with.

(ii). The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Armoor Police Station, on every second Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m. untill charge sheet is filed.

With the above modification, this petition is allowed.
