When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Municipal Corporation, Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order, dated 18.10.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.34862 of 2016. A copy of the said order is placed on record. Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof, with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation, dated 28.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 18.10.2016, in W.P.No.34862 of 2016 to this order.
