This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to accord permission to the petitioner to conduct proposed march on 05-08-2018 between 3 and 5 pm from Acharya Nagarjuna University to Mangalagiri.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for the date i.e. on 05-08-2018 is already over and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
