This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.166 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Narketpally Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 313, 417, 504, 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 5 of Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2002.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
