This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting of survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.70 cents in RSR No.24/1 and 24/5, Ac.0.53 cents in RSR.No.24/1 of Jagannadhapuram Village, Kankipadu Mandal, Krishna District and Ac.0.30 cents in RSR.No.239/3 of Mantena Village, Kankipadu Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the present writ petition is covered by the judgment in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

For the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the applications of the petitioner dated 22.02.2017, in accordance with law, after collecting necessary charges therefor within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. A copy of the order in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 is to be annexed to this order.
